Job summary

Hana Group in Chester, England is seeking a Mobile Chef Manager to lead a small on-site kitchen team at the kiosk. You will prepare fresh ingredients, ensure food safety, and maintain high standards from early morning shifts.

The role is part-time with early starts at 6am, requires your own vehicle with mileage paid, and offers benefits including lunch on shift, cycle-to-work, and opportunities for growth within the group across the UK.

Qualifications

• Be accountable for the kiosk and the team, maintaining audit standards for food and health & safety compliance while meeting EHO expectations
• Ensuring the team maintains a high standard of cleanliness and food safety on site to maintain a safe environment for our customers, our clients and ourselves
• Highly organised, with a focus on forward planning
• Prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish products each shift
• Accurately labelling products ensuring lawful compliance around food safety and allergen compliance each shift.
• Be a skilled multitasker who has experience of placing weekly orders, daily stock rotation and producing monthly stock take.
• An early riser as shifts can start at 6am some days
• Learn new skills or improve skills already mastered

Responsibilities
