Qualifikationen

• Level 2 Food Safety certificate, HACCP, Allergens and COSHH are desirable although not essential as full training will be provided.
• Experience in leading a small team and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong leadership qualities.
• Strong focus on food safety, brand standards, and compliance with company policies.

Aufgaben

• Be accountable for the team in the Chef Manager's absence, while maintaining audit standards for food and health & safety compliance.
• Ensure the team maintains a high standard of cleanliness and food safety on site.
• Highly organized, with a focus on forward planning.
• Prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish products each shift.
• Accurately labelling products ensuring lawful compliance around food safety and allergen compliance each shift.
• Be a skilled multitasker.
• An early riser as shifts can start at 6am some days.
• Learn new skills or improve skills already mastered.
