Job summary

Caterlink is seeking a Mobile Catering Assistant to support our site-based teams across Manchester, delivering high standards of food preparation and customer service in a mobile, multi-site role.

The role requires Level 2 Food Hygiene, Enhanced DBS, a valid driving license, and the ability to work across multiple locations with flexibility. Term-time hours range 16-20 per week.

As a mobile catering assistant, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional hygiene standards across all our facilities in the Manchester area.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in food preparation or catering assistance (or equivalent transferable experience)
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Reliable transportation and valid driving license (essential for mobile role)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical capability to perform mobile duties across multiple locations
• Commitment to maintaining professional standards and positive customer interactions

Required Qualifications & Certifications:

• Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate or equivalent food safety qualification
• Enhanced DBS disclosure (safeguarding requirement for this role)
