Job summary

Hana Group in Plymouth is seeking a proactive kiosk supervisor to lead a small team, ensure food safety, and deliver high-quality sushi products.

You will manage shifts starting as early as 6am, supervise daily orders and stock, and provide friendly service to customers while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

Able to:

• Be accountable for the Kiosk and the team, maintaining audit standards for food and health & safety compliance while meeting EHO expectations.
• Ensure the team maintains a high standard of cleanliness and food safety on site to maintain a safe environment for our customers, our clients and ourselves.
• Be highly organised, with a focus on forward planning.
• Prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish products each shift.
• Accurately label products ensuring lawful compliance around food safety and allergen compliance each shift.
• Be a skilled multitasker who has experience of placing weekly orders, daily stock rotation and producing monthly stock take.
• Be an early riser as shifts can start at 6am some days.
• Learn new skills or improve skills already mastered.
