Job summary

Eden Futures is looking for part-time Support Workers to assist adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs in supported living settings and community settings. You’ll contribute to individual care plans, promote independence, and support daily living activities.

The role offers competitive hourly pay (£12.96) with a pro-rata annual equivalent around £28,304.64, plus a £500 refer-a-friend bonus. Sponsorship is not offered.

Responsibilities

• Support service users to lead a full, active life in line with their wishes and care plans.
• Help service users to stay safe and participate in community activities.
• Provide emotional support with a person-centred approach.
• Assist with daily tasks, finances, medication, personal care and healthcare as required.
• Serve as a point of contact for families and social workers.
• Record and report any health and wellbeing concerns promptly.
• Adhere to Health and Safety policies and regulations.
