Job summary

Eden Futures is recruiting Specialist Support Workers to join our teams across supported living services, in clients' own homes and in the community, helping them to live as independently as possible.

We offer training, development plans, and a supportive culture with recognition and career growth. Salary is £13.20 per hour (approx £28,828.80/year for a 42‑hour week) plus a £500 refer-a-friend bonus. Sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–12 months working within care.
• Values‑led recruitment and a caring approach.
• Positive attitude and resilience in challenging days.

Responsibilities

• Support service users to lead a full and active life in line with their wishes and plans.
• Keep service users safe and guard their welfare from abuse.
• Provide emotional support with a person‑centred approach.
• Assist with social activities, finances, medication, personal care and practical tasks.
• Act as a point of contact for families and social workers and report issues promptly.
