Job summary

LiveWest Homes Ltd in Bristol is seeking a part-time Support Worker to assist adult males with enduring mental health and social care needs. The role focuses on tenancy sustainment, independence, budgeting, benefits, and social inclusion, with low-support caseload.

You will build trusting relationships, help clients access training and employment, carry out risk assessments and develop personal support plans, and maintain accurate records to meet service targets.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting vulnerable adults.
• Understands challenges faced by people transitioning from homelessness.
• Can work flexibly, including occasional out-of-hours support.
• Confident using IT systems and maintaining accurate records.
• Holds safeguarding knowledge and ideally an NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent).

• Support customers to access training, employment, and community opportunities.
