LiveWest is seeking a part-time Support Worker for our Complex Needs Services in Plymouth. You will help customers manage tenancy, understand benefits, and develop life skills to promote independence and wellbeing.
You will work flexibly, build professional relationships, and create outcome-focused support plans while safeguarding and maintaining accurate records. This role is office-based in Plymouth and requires an enhanced DBS check.

We are looking for a Support Worker to work in our Complex Needs Services - Adults and Families service in Plymouth. The role includes supporting people to manage their tenancy, understanding benefits and encouraging positive life skills like budgeting, wellbeing and social inclusion.
This is a varied and rewarding role where flexibility, empathy and sound judgement are key. You’ll be supporting people to work towards positive outcomes in an ever‑changing environment, recognising their strengths and encouraging independence.
