LiveWest is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help adults with complex needs achieve independent living in Plymouth. The role focuses on tenancy support, budgeting, wellbeing and social inclusion, with flexible hours and a part-time 29.6 hours per week in our Plymouth office.
You will build relationships, assess needs, create outcome-focused plans, promote inclusion, manage risk, maintain records and adhere to safeguarding, equality and confidentiality.

We are looking for a Support Worker to work in our Complex Needs Services - Adults and Families service in Plymouth. The role includes supporting people to manage their tenancy, understanding benefits and encouraging positive life skills like budgeting, wellbeing and social inclusion.
This is a varied and rewarding role where flexibility, empathy and sound judgement are key. You’ll be supporting people to work towards positive outcomes in an ever‑changing environment, recognising their strengths and encouraging independence.
