Building Recruitment Co Ltd in Bath is seeking a Supported Housing Worker for a part-time, temporary ongoing role. Salary is £17.42 per hour (including holiday) with a 30-hour week.

The role focuses on direct support to vulnerable adults, helping residents maintain accommodation and progress toward independence. You will conduct needs and risk assessments, support benefit claims, and liaise with external services to ensure residents have the right support around them.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting vulnerable adults or people with additional support needs.
• Experience working in supported housing, housing support, social care or a similar environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to vulnerable adults living in supported accommodation.
• Build positive, professional relationships with residents and respond to their individual needs.
• Complete needs assessments and identify and manage risks.
• Deliver structured, outcome-focused support sessions and maintain effective support plans.
• Support residents to sustain their accommodation and develop independent living skills.
