BDS Recruitment is seeking a Housing Support Worker for the Penryn centre. The role supports vulnerable tenants to maintain tenancy and live independently in a setting of 6 shared flats with up to 12 residents.
You will assess risks, maintain safeguarding policies and work across a small, dedicated team to help residents access social, educational and employment opportunities. DBS will be required and a driving licence may be needed.

Hours: 22.2 hours per week over 3 days on a rolling rota between 8.30am and 8.30pm
Contract: 6 month fixed term with potential for extension
Salary: £15.36 per hour paye or £19.64 per hour via umbrella

An enhanced DBS will be required and a car driver is required in case of occasional cover to other sites
