Job summary

LiveWest is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for Stoke House in Penryn to provide person-centred support to individuals with complex needs. You will work a 37-hour week on a rolling rota across 5 days, including weekends and bank holidays, with lone-working duties.

The role offers a 12-week temporary contract with potential for permanency, and you’ll be based at Stoke House in Penryn, operating within our Supported Housing team.

Qualifications

• Understanding of support needs and support planning.
• Experience with risk assessing and risk management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport.
• Accurate record keeping and computer literacy.
