Job summary

Home Group is seeking a caring and proactive individual to help customers live independently in a supportive environment. You will assist with daily tasks, promote independence and celebrate small achievements, while fostering a safe, respectful space for every resident.

Applicants should bring compassion, listening skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure. A Level 2 Diploma in Care or willingness to study toward it is preferred.

• Ability to work on own initiative, stay calm and positive under pressure.
• Recognise every customer is different and adapt approach to needs.
• Level 2 Diploma in Care or willingness to study toward it.
