Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in adult health and social care.
• Experience supporting people with learning disabilities or autism.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Ability to work flexible rota with 35+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide emotional and practical support during daily activities and community access.
• Assist with domestic duties and household management.
• Assist with personal care and hygiene.
• Encourage independence and motivation to reach personal goals.
• Keep accurate records in line with policies and safeguarding guidelines.
