The people we support live with a range of conditions such as Learning Disability, Autism, Acquired Brain Injuries, Mental Health needs and may exhibit behaviours that challenge, so we are looking for someone who is resilient, calm under pressure and committed to delivering person-centred support.
This role is paid atBand B – £13.35 per hourfor candidates with 2+ years’ experience. Sleep-in shifts are paid at£80 per sleep-in. We are unable to consider applicants without experience for this role.
