Qualifications

• No previous working experience is needed; full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical and emotional support to individuals with a wide range of needs.
• Encourage individuals to achieve their personal outcomes in daily life, including safety, meaningful activities, community involvement, health, relationships and wellbeing.
• Work on 1:1 basis or as part of a team in 24/7 supported accommodation projects and in outreach services.
• Personal care, cooking and housekeeping assistance as part of the role.
