• No prior experience required; full training provided.
• Comfortable with lone working and supporting individuals with mental health needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional demeanor.

• Provide personal and emotional support and help with planning and managing their homes.
• Assist with leisure, employment, individual interests and travel; adapt to each person’s goals.
