Lakeside School in Liverpool, part of the Witherslack Group, is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Autistic Spectrum Disorder and SEND needs. You’ll help learners engage with lessons, develop abilities, and boost self-esteem, while working as part of a supportive educational team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a classroom is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
• Able to support learning and development for diverse learners.
• Committed to safeguarding and promoting pupils' welfare.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers to deliver lessons and learning activities.
• Assist pupils with ASD/ SEND needs to raise confidence and independence.
• Collaborate with therapists and school staff to implement care plans.
