Witherslack Group is seeking an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support pupils across Primary and Secondary settings, including those with Autistic Spectrum Disorder and SEMH. You will help learners engage with lessons, build confidence and achieve small, meaningful victories in their education.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a classroom
• Ability to support children with SEND (Autistic Spectrum Disorder/SEMH)
• Willingness to participate in induction and ongoing training

• Collaborate with teachers and therapists to implement individual plans and behavioural strategies.
