• Strong literacy and numeracy skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one and small-group support in English, maths, literacy, and numeracy.
• Deliver targeted interventions to improve reading, writing, spelling, communication and math understanding.
• Support learners in developing Functional Skills and everyday numeracy.
• Adapt learning materials and strategies to meet individual learner needs.
• Support learners with SEND across FE settings and contribute to EHCP outcomes where appropriate.
• Monitor learner progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.
• Promote inclusive learning and positive learner engagement.
• Work with lecturers, SEND teams and other support professionals.
