Qualifications

• Experience with mental health support needs or employment support services or equivalent.
• Experience working one-to-one and offering motivation and support.
• Transferable skills include persuasive communication, data collection, motivational interviewing, coaching, recruitment, education or sales.

Responsibilities

• Engage employers using telephone or face-to-face in the community.
• Develop relationships with individuals to support their employment goals.
• Collect data and report on recruitment and placement outcomes.
