This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a practical understanding of IPS principles, and the ability to manage time and diary effectively to maximise face-to-face support.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting people to overcome barriers to employment.
• Understanding of supported employment principles.
• Proven ability to build relationships with employers and participants.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with a diverse range of people, including those with mental health conditions.
