Job summary

Protocol Education Ltd is seeking enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to join welcoming secondary schools across Ealing on a full-time basis. You will work with teachers, SEND teams and pastoral staff to support students both academically and personally throughout the school day.

Ideal candidates have experience with young people in school or SEND settings, and are patient, adaptable, and strong communicators who can work as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting young people in schools or SEND settings preferred.
• Patient, approachable and able to build strong relationships with students.
• Confident communicator who works well in a team.
• Adaptable and proactive, willing to support wherever needed.

Responsibilities

• Support students in lessons through 1-to-1, small-group and whole-class support.
• Assist students with SEND and additional learning needs.
• Help students stay focused, engaged and confident in learning.
• Support positive behaviour, resilience and independence; collaborate with teachers.
