Protocol Education Ltd is seeking enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to join secondary schools in Harrow on a full-time basis. You will work closely with teachers, SEND teams and pastoral staff to support students academically and personally throughout the school day.
A genuine passion for helping young people, plus experience in schools or related settings, is desirable. We offer weekly PAYE pay, access to CPD training, and a dedicated consultant to help you secure placements.

We're ideally looking for candidates with previous experience supporting young people, whether that's within a school, SEND setting, youth work, coaching, care or a similar environment.
You’ll work closely with teachers, SEND teams and pastoral staff, supporting students both academically and personally throughout the school day.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
