Qualifications

• Experience supporting students in classrooms or youth/community settings is desirable.
• Ability to help pupils stay engaged and reach their learning goals.
• Comfortable using positive behaviour strategies and inclusive teaching approaches.

Responsibilities

• Support students in lessons one-to-one, in small groups or with the whole class.
• Help pupils stay focused, confident and motivated to learn.
• Provide additional support for students with SEND where required.
