Job summary

Protocol Education Ltd is seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support students in secondary schools across Ealing. You will work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to create a positive learning environment where every student feels supported and encouraged to succeed.

Responsibilities include one-to-one and small group support, classroom prep assistance, and helping students stay focused on learning goals. A genuine passion for helping young people is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young people in education or similar settings is desirable.
• A positive, proactive and flexible approach to supporting learning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to build positive relationships and act as a role model for students.
• Genuine passion for supporting young people and helping them reach their potential.

Responsibilities

• Support students in lessons across the secondary curriculum.
• Provide one-to-one and small group support to reinforce learning and confidence.
• Assist teachers with classroom preparation, resources and activities.
• Encourage positive behaviour, engagement and participation in lessons.
• Help students stay focused and make progress toward learning goals.
• Build positive relationships with students, staff and parents to support development.
