Teaching Personnel Ltd. in Corby (NN18) seeks a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to support students with SEND in a full-time, term-time only role starting ASAP. The position offers a daily rate of £92.63–£100 and sits in a welcoming educational setting.

You will provide one-to-one and small group support, help pupils access the curriculum, and assist with communication, social, emotional, and behavioural needs. Collaboration with teachers and EHCP targets is part of the role.

Formación

• Experience working with children or young people with SEND.
• Patient, understanding, and adaptable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Committed to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
• Holds relevant qualifications or support experience (desirable but not essential).

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with additional needs.
• Assist pupils in accessing classroom activities and the wider curriculum.
• Support students with communication, social, emotional, and behavioural needs.
• Encourage independence, confidence, and positive engagement in learning.
• Work closely with teachers, therapists, and other support staff.
• Implement individual support strategies and EHCP targets where appropriate.
