You will advise businesses, charities and individuals on a broad spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including contracts and policies, discrimination, TUPE and settlement agreements.

The role suits an Employment Solicitor with about 2–3 years PQE, though stronger candidates will be considered.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years PQE in Employment Law preferred.
• Solicitor or CILEX qualified.
• Strong client care and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Advise on contracts, policies, discrimination, TUPE and settlements.
• Manage day-to-day HR and employment law matters for clients.
• Support senior team members on complex matters and client development.
