Employment Solicitor, 2-5 years PQE, Leicester, £Competitive (DOE) – A leading regional law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Employment Solicitor into their thriving and growing team. JOB REF:5232.

• This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with experience in employment law to work on complex cases, providing strategic advice to a diverse client base
• Applications are sought from Employment Solicitors with at least 2 years of experience in advising both employers and employees.
• Advising clients on all aspects of employment law, including contracts, policies, disciplinary and grievance matters, TUPE, redundancy, and termination issues.
• Representing clients in employment tribunal proceedings and negotiation meetings.
• Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, settlement agreements, and internal policies.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and drafting skills required
