Clear Legal & Financial Recruitment is seeking an Employment Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2+ years' PQE to join a busy Employment team in Telford. You will advise SME clients under an HR support service, delivering practical and commercially focused employment law guidance.

This role suits an experienced employment professional who collaborates with businesses, understands commercial pressures, and provides clear advice. Strong client service and deadline management are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years PQE in employment law or equivalent as a Legal Executive.
• Solid experience advising on a broad range of employment matters.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and business-focused advice.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
• Strong organisational and file management abilities.

Responsabilités

• Advising SME clients on a broad range of employment law matters.
• Providing day-to-day employment advice as part of an HR support service.
• Advising on disciplinary and grievance matters, performance management and absence issues.
• Assisting with employment contracts, policies and procedures.
• Advising on dismissals, settlement agreements and other contentious matters.
• Supporting clients with employment disputes and tribunal matters where required.
• Building long-term relationships with clients and understanding their needs.
• Providing commercially focused solutions and practical legal advice.
• Managing your own caseload effectively and maintaining file standards.
• Meeting deadlines and ensuring excellent client service.
• Keeping up to date with developments in employment legislation and case law.
