TSR Legal is working with an established law firm to recruit an Employment Solicitor to join its team. This role offers a mix of advisory and contentious work, with the opportunity to develop expertise and build strong client relationships across a range of sectors.

You’ll advise employers on disciplinary matters, grievances, contracts and policies, support redundancies and TUPE transfers, and manage Employment Tribunal claims with commercially focused guidance to help clients resolve workplace

Qualifications

• Qualified Employment Solicitor with a range of employment matters.
• Strong communication and clear explanation of issues.
• Practical, commercially aware problem-solver.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload and build client relationships.

Responsabilités

TSR Legal is working with an established law firm looking to recruit an Employment Solicitor to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for an employment law professional to work with a varied client base, advising on a broad range of workplace matters and helping businesses navigate the legal challenges they face. The role offers a mix of advisory and contentious work, with the opportunity to develop your expertise and build strong relationships with clients across a range of sectors.

The Role

You’ll advise employers on a variety of employment law matters, providing clear, practical guidance and supporting clients with both day-to-day queries and more complex issues.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Advising on disciplinary matters, grievances, performance management and other employment issues.
• Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, settlement agreements, policies and procedures.
• Supporting clients with redundancies, restructures, TUPE transfers and wider business changes.
• Managing employment disputes and assisting with Employment Tribunal claims.
• Providing commercially focused advice to help clients resolve workplace issues and manage risk effectively.

About You

You’ll be a qualified Employment Solicitor with experience handling a range of employment law matters and a strong commitment to delivering excellent client service.
