Page Personnel represents a UK law firm with a long heritage seeking an Employment Solicitor to advise employers and employees on a broad range of employment law matters. The role offers high-quality work and opportunities for progression.

The successful candidate will manage Employment Tribunal claims, draft and advise on employment contracts, and deliver updates to clients while developing client relationships and contributing to business development.

Qualifications

• Solicitor or equivalent with at least 4 years' PQE in Employment Law.
• Experience handling both contentious and non-contentious matters.
• Managing Employment Tribunal claims and advising on employment risk.
• Skilled in drafting employment documentation and providing practical legal advice.
• Able to manage client relationships effectively and maintain excellent service standards.
• Comfortable contributing to networking and business development activities.
• Organised and capable of managing a varied caseload efficiently.

Responsibilities
