Job summary

Nixon McQuade is recruiting an Employment Solicitor at all levels to join a leading UK employment law practice. The role offers exposure to contentious and non-contentious work for a broad client base, with clear career progression.

You will advise employer clients, develop technical expertise, and benefit from excellent training, mentoring and a structured development framework in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with experience in employment law.
• Experience advising employer clients on employment matters.
• Exposure to both employment advisory and Employment Tribunal litigation would be advantageous.
• Strong drafting, analytical and legal research skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Good commercial awareness and a practical approach to problem-solving.
• The ability to manage priorities and take responsibility for their own work.
• Confidence communicating directly with clients.
• An interest in client relationship management, networking and business development.
