Job summary

Enable is working with a highly regarded Legal 500 law firm in London to recruit an experienced Employment Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established Employment team handling a broad range of complex and commercially significant matters for an impressive client base, managing your own caseload, developing client relationships and contributing to the continued growth of the practice.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE in Employment Law.
• Strong experience across both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
• Experience handling Employment Tribunal claims and complex disputes.
• Experience advising both employers and employees is advantageous.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills.
• Commercially minded with the ability to provide clear and pragmatic advice.
• Capable of managing client relationships independently and developing business.

Job description

Enable is working with a highly regarded Legal 500 law firm in London to recruit an experienced Employment Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established Employment team handling a broad range of complex and commercially significant matters for an impressive client base.

The firm advises both employers and employees, offering exposure to a varied mix of contentious and non-contentious employment work. The successful candidate will play an important role within the department, managing their own caseload, developing client relationships and contributing to the continued growth of the practice.

The Role

You will advise on a broad range of employment matters, including:

• Employment Tribunal claims, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing and breach of contract.
• Complex contentious employment disputes and litigation.
• Advising employers on disciplinary and grievance procedures.
• Redundancies, restructures and settlement agreements.
• Employment contracts, service agreements and workplace policies.
• TUPE matters and business reorganisations.
• Restrictive covenants and post-termination disputes.
• Day-to-day employment law advice to businesses, senior executives and individuals.
• Supporting clients through negotiations, dispute resolution and litigation.

You will be expected to manage matters independently, provide commercially focused advice and build trusted relationships with clients.

There will also be opportunities to support business development, develop referral relationships and contribute to the wider success of the Employment department.

About You
