Job summary

Simpson Judge is seeking a Senior Employment Solicitor to lead and grow its Employment Law department in Birmingham. The role offers the chance to shape a new practice area within an ambitious multi-service firm, building a client base and driving long-term success.

You will lead development of the department, combine high-quality legal work with commercial growth, and take ownership of strategy, client relationships and cross-referrals as the team expands.
