Job summary

Sellick Partnership, on behalf of a highly regarded Legal 500 firm in Lincoln, is seeking an Employment Solicitor (3+ years PQE) to join their Employment team. You will handle a varied workload across contentious and non-contentious matters, advisory work, and support on transactional projects.

The role emphasizes client relationship management, business development, and mentoring junior colleagues, with a focus on delivering pragmatic, commercially minded advice across multiple sectors.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE specialising in employment law.
• Experience advising employers within a busy employment team.
• Strong technical knowledge with the ability to advise clients confidently and pragmatically.
• Commercially minded and relationship-focused, able to work across multiple sectors.

Responsibilities
