Sellick Partnership (Legal) Limited is seeking an Employment Solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE to join their Employment team in the UK. The role offers a varied workload across contentious and non-contentious matters, advisory work, and client relationship management.

You will manage your own caseload, support transactional projects, mentor junior colleagues, and contribute to business development while delivering pragmatic, commercially minded advice to employers.

Qualificações

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE specialising in employment law.
• Experience advising employers within a busy employment team.
• Strong technical knowledge and pragmatic client guidance.

We are working with a highly ranked, Legal 500 firm who are seeking an Employment Solicitor (minimum 3 years' PQE) to join their Employment team.

You will enjoy a varied workload combining contentious and non-contentious employment matters, advisory work, and support on transactional projects, while also playing an active role in client relationship management, business development and team development.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing your own caseload and developing strong, long-term client relationships

About you:

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE, specialising in employment law
• Experience gained predominantly advising employers, ideally within a busy, well-regarded employment team
• Strong technical knowledge with the ability to advise clients confidently and pragmatically
• Commercially minded, relationship-focused, and comfortable working across multiple sectors
