G2 Legal Limited is recruiting an Employment Solicitor in Exeter to cover contentious and non-contentious employment work for local, national and international clients in both private and public sectors.

You will join a large, respected employment team with hybrid working, including 1 day/week in Exeter. After around 6 years PQE you will be encouraged to carve out your own niche with full support from the firm.

Qualifications

• Employment law experience required.
• Qualified Solicitor (or Legal Executive) with at least 3 years PQE.

Responsibilities

• Contentious and non-contentious employment work.
• Claimant and respondent work (claimant work at senior executive level).
• Run Employment Tribunal litigation cases.
• Advise local, national and international clients in both private and public sectors and major organisations.
• Around 6 years PQE, develop your own niche with strong support.

• Although being South West based, you will get exposure to complex national matters
