THE CANDIDATE
You will ideally have between 2 and 5 years’ PQE, gained in a reputable Employment team, will have experience of both respondent and claimant matters and will have managed a mixed caseload of non-contentious and contentious work.


You will be confident and ambitious, a true team player, and have exceptional fundamental skills including client communication, time and case management, and drafting and research.


THE ROLE
You will advise clients on a broad range of Employment Law issues, ensuring a high level of client service is maintained at all times. You will have responsibility for managing all aspects of the client relationship, preparing and reviewing legal documents, and developing litigation strategies.


You will work as part of a team with colleagues and update and consult with Partners.
