Job summary

Executive Network Legal Limited in Chester is seeking an Employment Solicitor (Senior level) to lead the growth of the firm's Employment practice across the North West and North Wales. This newly created role offers autonomy, a varied caseload, and opportunities to develop client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' PQE in employment law.
• Strong technical expertise across contentious and non-contentious matters.
• Experience conducting Employment Tribunal advocacy.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently.

Responsibilities

• Establish and develop the firm's Employment Law offering across Chester and North Wales.
• Manage a varied caseload of employment matters, including Employment Tribunal litigation and day-to-day HR and employment law advice.
• Represent clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings and advocate where appropriate.
• Build relationships with new and existing clients while identifying opportunities for business growth.
• Network and undertake business development to raise the profile of the Employment team.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the wider firm for seamless legal advice.
• Contribute to profitability through effective case management and client service.

The Role

You'll enjoy a high degree of autonomy while managing a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters for a diverse client base. Working closely with colleagues across the wider business, you'll play a pivotal role in growing the firm's employment offering and strengthening its presence in the local market.

• Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider firm to provide seamless legal advice.
• Contributing to the continued success and profitability of the department through effective case management and client service.
