G2 Legal Limited in Dundee is seeking an Employment Senior Solicitor/Associate with 2+ years' PQE to join a growing team. The role offers hybrid working, advising on a diverse range of employment matters with both contentious and non-contentious work and opportunities to build client relationships.

You will handle advisory work, tribunal matters, and transactional employment issues, while developing your profile in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a broad range of employment law matters.
• Manage Employment Tribunal claims, including drafting ET3s.
• Provide day-to-day HR and employee relations advice.
• Draft contracts, policies and settlement agreements.
• Support the employment aspects of corporate transactions.
• Deliver client training and legal updates.
