Qualifications

• 2+ years' PQE in employment law.
• Experience handling contentious and non-contentious matters.
• Confident managing client relationships and your own caseload.
• Commercially aware and solutions-focused.
• Excellent communication and drafting skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a broad range of employment law matters.
• Manage Employment Tribunal claims, including drafting ET3s.
• Provide day-to-day HR and employee relations advice.
• Draft contracts, policies and settlement agreements.
• Support the employment aspects of corporate transactions.
• Deliver client training and legal updates.
