Job summary

Errington Legal Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Employment Senior Associate/Partner to shape and lead the firm’s employment offering in Suffolk with hybrid working. You will manage a varied, high-value caseload, provide strategic advisory services, and represent clients in tribunals as needed.

You will mentor junior colleagues, drive business development, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives while working with a full-service regional law firm.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience of advising on a broad range of employment law issues, both contentious and non-contentious.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a collaborative approach.
• Ambitious, commercially aware and proactive business development mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and success of the employment offering with a high-value caseload.
• Provide strategic advice across employment law matters and represent clients in tribunals where appropriate.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to firmwide growth initiatives.
