Job summary

Errington Legal Recruitment Limited is assisting a well-established East Anglia firm in recruiting an Employment Solicitor. The role offers hybrid working and a choice of office locations in East Anglia.

You will advise across contentious and non-contentious employment matters, draft contracts and policy documents, and contribute to business development while developing client relationships.

Qualifications

• 1-6 years PQE in employment law.
• Strong drafting and communication skills.
• Experience of supporting corporate transactions and advising on post-termination restrictions an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Advising clients on a wide range of employment matters including tribunal matters/documentation (contentious and non-contentious).
• Drafting contracts, settlement/service agreements and workplace policy/procedures.
• Play an active role in business development activities.
