Job description

Specialist, innovative law firm looking to recruit an experienced Employment Partner into their Abingdon offices.

Sacco Mann has been instructed on an exciting Employment Partner opportunity with a boutique, up-and-coming legal practice. Within this Employment Partner role, your day-to-day duties may include:

• Running your own caseload of both contentious and non-contentious matters including equal pay discrepancies, tribunals and complex investigations
• Supporting the junior staff when necessary and running the overall department
• Take part in Business Development Initiatives
• Building and maintaining a loyal client base

The successful candidate will ideally have 7+ years PQE within Employment law, is able to work well as a team, has excellent client care and communication skills and is wanting to establish themselves for a long-term career.
