Crone Corkill are currently recruiting on behalf of a boutique niche law firm specialising in Employment Law. They are seeking an Associate Employment Solicitor, who will report directly to the firm’s Managing Partner.

Opportunity:

• The role is 100% flexible, home or office based.
• Full-time preferred, but four days per week (Monday to Thursday) will be considered.

Role responsibilities:

• Represent clients on contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, acting for both individuals and employers.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and demonstrate a genuine commitment to client care.
• Have a background in employment law, litigation, or a related mix.
• Work involves a balanced mix of Claimant and Respondent cases.
