Meraki Talent has been instructed on an exciting Employment Associate to Legal Director role at a renowned London law firm.

Are you ready to take the next step in your employment law career with a leading mid-sized practice known for its high-quality work, collaborative culture, and strong client relationships?

We are seeking a talented and experienced solicitor to join the firm's employment law team at either Associate, Senior Associate, or Legal Director level. This is an outstanding opportunity to work across a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, supporting both corporate and individual clients in sectors such as professional services, financial services, media, and tech.

The role involves handling a diverse caseload including:

• Employment tribunal litigation (unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing)
• Advising on TUPE, redundancies, and restructures
• Senior executive exits and settlement agreements
• Drafting and negotiating service agreements, contracts, and policies
• Providing day-to-day HR support and risk management advice to employers

Depending on your level, you will also support business development initiatives and have the opportunity to mentor junior team members.

• A qualified solicitor with 4-10+ years PQE in employment law
• Strong technical ability and client care skills
• Experience advising both employers and employees
