You will be a qualified solicitor with:
4+ years' PQE, with experience in employment law.
Strong litigation and/or advisory experience, with the ability to manage complex matters.
Experience advising on TUPE, restructures, redundancy, and employment contracts.
Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
A proactive, commercial approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
