The Birmingham office of a leading national law firm is seeking an Employment Associate (4+ PQE) to join its growing team. You will advise on a broad range of employment issues, manage complex litigation and provide commercial guidance to clients across public and private sectors.

Formación

• Qualified solicitor with 4+ years' PQE in employment law.
• Strong litigation and/or advisory experience in employment matters.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills; proactive and commercial.

Responsabilidades

• Advise clients on a broad range of employment issues across sectors.
• Manage complex employment litigation and tribunal cases as part of a team.
• Provide guidance on TUPE, restructures, redundancy, and contractual matters.
• Draft and review legal documents and settlement agreements, delivering clear, commercial advice.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and supervise junior colleagues.
• Contribute to business development and client relationship management initiatives.
