Qualifications

• Must have experience gained during training.
• Exposure to contentious and advisory employment work.
• A genuine interest in developing a rounded employer-side practice.

Responsibilities

• Handle a varied caseload, both contentious and non-contentious.
• Advise on disciplinary and grievance issues.
• Draft contracts and policies.
• Manage Employment Tribunal claims from start to finish.
• Advise on restructures, redundancies and TUPE.
